# Further Maths - Numerical Methods watch

1. I have attatched a photo of the question (I wasn't sure how to type it out so that it was clear which symbol is which)

I've managed to do all of part (i) but I cannot get the right answer for (ii) - I think I'm going wrong in finding the upper and lower bounds for r but I cannot see where as I'm using the same method as I did for (i)

Any help would be amazing!

Thank you

36.95 and 37.05
30.95 and 31.05
For (ii) I got the error to be
So I got ,
5. But it says that each is correct to 0.5 degrees??

Apply the same logic as in the first part. If it's to the nearest then the error is . So if it's to the nearest , the error is .
