    Hi!
Im not quite sure what to do about this; when I start thinking about the future (ranging from having to interact with people tomorrow to exams, to death) I start feeling my heart beating fast, headachy and like I'm going to cry or become overwhelmed. It usually happens at night. Any ideas?

This happens to everyone and its completely normal however sometimes more than other things just focus on the here and now.
