The first TV-series streaming sites that come up on google are blocked on the Virgin media ISP, but allowed on others like Orange and EE. Has anyone else noticed this?
Why is there a difference though? On the page showed by Virgin Media when I tried to access the blocked page, they say its because of a court order. Wouldn't this court order apply to all ISPs?

The government has only mandated the 'biggest' ISPs in Britain block these websites.
Why? Ineptness at a guess. -

EE's home broadband only had a 3% market share as of late last year, Virgin is second largest at 20%. The company may be big but this particular division isn't.
