How often a day do you brush your teeth?

Title says it all.

Myself, once a day. Been like that for years and upon visiting this dentist yesterday he couldn't believe I don't brush twice a day as he rated them well above average. Must just be good genetics. :/

Twice, or sometimes thrice. Occasionally about 6 or 7 times when I go a bit mad.

If i dont brush my teeth, at least 3 times a day - i get really paranoid - even though they are sparkling white. I don't understand why though....its wierd!x

Twice weekdays and normally only once at weekends. Just forget to do them in the morning on weekends because i get up and start doing stuff etc.

I have the same problem. Whenever I eat or drink something very high in sugar like chocolate cake or coke I brush my teeth 10mins afterwards just to try to get rid of the plague

90% of the time twice but if I ain't bothered to going to bathroom before sleep I just leave it. In actuality, it really depends on what I eat before I go bed! Most of the food I eat, however, warrants my teeth being brushed.

Twice a day...I have 4 fissure sealants. Although they are more because of having braces more than anything else....Oh and not being able to find a dentist for over a year when I moved house... :rolleyes:

I also have 2 chipped teeth (from falling off my bike - broke half of one tooth away - chipped is an understatement) and one of the chipped teeth is also dead and a very fetching gray colour...

It's a shame they didn't know about that in the 1600s, it would've saved a lot of lives.

twice a day normally, and for about 2-6 minutes (not normally 6 though lol) at a time usually, and i will sometimes do it more if i'm stressed.

what's the best toothpaste to use?

all the advertising seems so misleading. i don't want my teeth to be made artifically white.

Twice a day. Sometimes three if I get chewing gum stuck in my braces, which really is disgusting.

Used to be once a day, but when I first had braces, I had to clean them after every meal ~ 3 or 4 times a day.

Now without braces, once after breakfast, and once after dinner
