I'm a procrastinating piece of ****, and it's really hurting my studies. Some subjects i'm extremely behind on, and i almost never hand in homwork in time. I've only got 5 months of secondary school left, but i just find it really hard to bring myself to do work, and i fear if i don't get a kick in the arse to wake me up soon i'm going to fail my studies. This doesn't help my self image either, i often put myself down because i know i'm a lazy, worthless procrastinator.

You have to get rid of distractions, put a timer on the xbox or even ask your parents/carers/whoever to force you to study. It's a pain in the arse but it helps

I would suggest that you go to a place where you literally have nothing else to do but study like a library.
Its like when you go to the toilet to take a **** and you forget to bring your phone, and there's a newspaper next to you... you have nothing better to do than to read the newspaper
