    Hi to everyone,

    I'm writing here to share with everyone my bad experience with the company Beautybay. I booked a straightener four months ago and I paid for them. Since then, I haven't had any information about where my present and I haven't received anything by the moment. I've written to the company too many times but they only say to me that I have to wait till they receive back the straightener and then they will sent it to me again. I don't understand why I have to wait more than four months for my present, it's ilogical.
