Feeling quite ill/depressed

I'm feeling light headed, dizzy and a bit sick. I dunno if its linked to the depression I've been suffering for the last few weeks. I feel empty, lost and very sad. I got myself really depressed earlier, have been feeling bad all the time though for the past 2 weeks :frown: . This is the 1st time I've suffered from depression in over 2 years, I last suffered from it in 6th form. In that time I felt life wasn't worth living but I'm not that bad now by the way, I guess its just mild.

I've started suffering since I finished with my ex. Was with him a year since basically starting uni. He was planning to cheat on me with a random girl he met on the net so I finished it. Now hes with her and as already slept with her. The full situation has had a dramatic effect on me. I have spoken to both my parents about it but they have given me all the advice they can give me. They are now feeling depressed because I am depressed. I feel rubbish because I'm doing this to them. I've also spoken to friends. They keep telling me my ex was an idiot, etc. I guess I miss him but there is no chance that I'll ever take him back once he finishes with this girl. He is no good.

I just want to feel my old self again and be happy. I just feel awful. How can I make myself feel happy again? Thanks

He obviously needs to make himself feel better a lot.

You don't know the ins and outs of the relationship, only one side of the story . Making unbalanced judgements like that is just silly. Her ex could have had good reasons for looking elsewhere. Maybe he never cheated on his ex while he was in the relationship, or never even met another girl.

But if it makes you feel better, continue to act all high and mighty.

OH come off it, there is no reason or even plan to cheat, the obvious thing to do would be at least have the decency to end things with the current person involved first. You have no room to talk Sam after the way you treated your ex girlfriend dumping her online for starters.

The bottom line is he would have cheated he was just caught out the OP did the right thing in getting rid of his sorry ass. If the guy truely loved her why would he look elsewhere, this girl seemed more than good enough.

Back to you SAM PEOPLE LIKE YOU MAKE ME SICK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You make yourself sick...you have issues.

Perhaps her ex was going to tell her but she was being snoopy and invading his privacy before he had a chance to tell her and found out some other way. You just DON'T KNOW.

Don't hate me cos I'm beautiful :p:

I think you are the one with issues and insecurities, since you feel the need to brag about yourself on the net, maybe it was a total accident that she discovered he was going to cheat, whatever happened she found out and did the right thing, the guy is an *******.

'Think' being the operative word. You think Santa Claus is real too don't you?

As for the OP, whom this thread is about:

Go out with your friends, kiss lots of boys and have fun. Rabbits make nice pets

Actually it's not think i know more like, i know, I know you treat girls like crap, well the last one you did anyway, and what about this current girl, what if a girl who's better looking comes along, would you ditch her the same way you ditched the last one.

You've done worse things on here.

Have you been eating ok the past few weeks. That can have effects.

As for the bf thing just force yourself to go out and have a nice time. I was rather unhappy after my gf broke up with me and I sat around the house for some time, but I when I saw an opportunity to go out and I had a really fun evening. Cheered my up no end. Never know, you might even meet someone who can cheer you up .

Just like you pretend to love someone then doesn't have the balls to dump her face-to-face so does so on here? You have issues, my freind. Go and see a psychiatrist.

No, Sam Beckett, kissing random guys isn't really my thing.
