    Hiya,

I was just wondering if any has any tips for how to eat healthily whilst at school (I'm currently in sixth form). My school doesn't particularly provide the best assortment of food: we have a main meal, which varies from burgers to lasagne to fish & chips, and then anything else is pretty much just carbs (jacket potatoes, pasta, paninis). Usually they do serve vegetables as a side but it's not like you can get a nice salad or anything... Also in addition to this we have a vending machine but that sells fizzy drinks and lots of chocolate lol.

I have a pretty big appetite (I used to do a lot of sport) but I don't want to be filling myself up with the rubbish they serve at school... is anyone in the same situation and has some tips? I'm not necessarily looking to lose weight but I just want to look after my body

    Thank you!

My school starts quite early so usually I don't have the time to make something. Also if my parents haven't been shopping recently then I have to buy something anyway... So pretty much my only option is getting something at school
