I'm 17, will be 18 in january. do you think dating a 24 year old would be wrong, or do you think that age gap is ok?

I'd of said it's fine, when will he be 25? A girl i know at uni is 19 and with a 25 year old, another is 18 with a 22 year old and i'm 18 with a 23 year old. :smile:

I'm 24, my boyfriend is 37. I thought about the age gap a lot when we started dating. It's been almost 2 years since then and now it seldom enters my mind.

my flat mates 20and her bf 32 and they get on fine ive bin out with some 25 b4 wen i was 18. its only a problem if u make it one and none of ur friends shld care and if they do there not really ur friends

My best mate had a cousin who dated a 27-year-old woman. At the age of 13. But then again, he looked 19 (and told the woman he was).

I once went out with this 32 year old, and i'm 17.

and she looked like 20, and she was Thai...

well personally i think its better to date people around your age, but i know people who've got about 9 or 10 years difference between them and are getting on fine.
so yeah, its not a huge age gap.
why is that as we get older, even though theres a big age gap, it doesn't look as bad (eg 8 and 18 years ¬¬ and then 40 & 50 years)
