Cambridge diet is great but it means you have to change your eating pattern completely

Considering the NHS thinks it's a bad idea, I think it's safe to say very low calorie starvation diets are not a good idea

5'6" and size 6 is either for girls that have always been like that or girls that are permanently hungry.

Yeah, too skinny a goal. Work that out in terms of BMI and I'd bet it'd be underweight which is unhealthy. I have a friend who is 5ft and a size 6 and she's slim, you're quite a lot taller- and FWIW she wishes she was less skinny.

Perhaps a healthier goal would be being more active and eating healthier, you could set yourself specific goals in terms of those.

How much do you weigh? Size 6 doesn't sound big enough for someone of your height. But I suppose it depends on your build.

Also - don't aim for a dress size. I can fit in size 6 tops in some places (Asda, Next) but have to get bigger sizes, up to 12, in other places! Sizing is utterly crazy, so aiming for a specific one isn't a specific aim.
