Been going to the gym for 2-3 months now, and using the treadmill to try and train myself to run a 10K. Recently noticed that after about 5-10 minutes of running the joints in my legs really do start to hurt. I asked my Mum and she said that I do have problems with the cartilage between my joints.
I have good trainers so I don't think that's the problem. Should I see my doctor and ask for advice? Or should I just keep going, but I don't want to cause myself any injury!
