I'm going to do maths, biology, physics and chemistry. Should i do geography instead of physics because it's an essay writing subject?

As long as you do Biology and chemistry, I think you can pick anything else

You'll be open to most courses for medicine with those.. Practically all unis ask for biology & chemistry for medicine and cambridge asks for maths/physics... But a lot of medicine applicants at top unis have at least biology & chemistry & another science. I'd probably go with what you feel most comfortable with, but some unis (UCL) like a contrasting subject for medicine (ie Geography). All depends IMO what unis you think you want to go to.

Looks good to me! As long as you've got Biology and Chemistry you can pretty much do whatever you want, apart from the exceptions listed by MrJAKEE above.

I prefer doing physics to geography but i don't want to be disadvantaged as a result. (I'm aiming for oxbridge btw) Thank you

You won't be. Check out the Oxford / Cambridge websites on medicine entry requirements for any clarification. I must warn you that medicine at Oxbridge is very very competitive so I'd seriously nail your GCSES if I were you.
