For the last year I have had only what I could describe as brain fog especially in the mornings where I feel extremely groggy. I literally feel so fuzzy detached from the world and it has got to the point where I can hardly concentrate on my studies.

Moodwise I don't think it has affected me to badly as I am not upset and I am generally quite happy?

Does anyone else feel like their mind is not clear and can not focus?

Used to get this in uni and college. It's due to stress I think, it's called dissasociation and it happens when your mind basically needs a break so blocks some of the input leaving you feeling a little surreal.
