I'm doing as level (board; ocr) but I can't seem to grasp the topics well. I practice the calculations all the time but end up getting none of them right in mocks it's quite depressing, I'm averaging an e/d! Does anyone have really good websites or books that may help?

Letts A level revision guides, Chemistry text by EN Ramsden alongside. Maybe also get Calculations for A level Chemistry. The older Letts A level in a week and Letts Questions and Answers are also useful. Worth getting all these, and then selling them on Amazon when you are done with them. Chemistry isn't hard, it just requires practice and depth of study. I also recall the older MacMillan Work Out A level Chemistry text is quite good, as they had plenty of exams questions in them, though they are very old texts.

Don't just use one or two texts, you need to use several. Examiners have their work cut out to set original questions, hence why you have to explore deep into the subject to deal with anything they can throw at you.
