So I'm in the middle of my AS levels right now and I am SO stressed, I don't know if I can cope with them for much longer. I really want a career in media so I'm doing media, drama and sociology (which doesn't link to media but I enjoy it) currently, but I'm considering finding an apprenticeship in media and pursuing that.

The problem is I want to work editing etc. but the only apprenticeships I can find are about social media, advertising and (one I'm drawn to in particular) software design. Could any of these go on to a career editing or similar? I don't know a thing about how/what job to get if I leave university with a degree in media and from reading the summaries of these apprenticeships you can apparently be put in for a job in their company afterwards.

Basically I just want to know if an apprenticeship in media is not as good as a degree, and if any of you know if I could reach my desired career from an apprenticeship, or do I have to do university to work in editing?
What's the best type of cheese?
