I am trying to get a copy of my vaccination records for an OH screening for a new job. Obviously, I asked my GP surgery first who said they didn't have any child records (I moved surgery in my teens) but gave me the number to Child Health Services who managed to dig them out.

My GP surgery said they have records that I have had a varicella/hep B vaccines (the last of which I had that day) but can not give me a printed copy as there is an issue of *computer says no*, they just can not be printed.

I have an appt with an OH clinic to get a varicella antibody blood test as to prove immunity as they claimed they can give me a copy of the results but I don't want to pay for more blood tests for Hep B or more vaccines when I already know I have them.

Please does anyone know where I can get a printed copy of vaccines if not from my GP?
