I'm trying to lose some weight and tone up, build strength etc, just get in to shape.
Diet wise, I'm wondering what is the best milk to use. I don't drink much milk, but do use it for porridge/tea/coffee etc.
So, cows milk (semi-skimmed)?
Or Oat milk?
Any milk experts out there?!

If you aren't drinking loads of it I really wouldn't worry about it, just have which ever you prefer/is the most convenient/cheapest, which is probably just regular semi skimmed/whole milk.
You could always swap milk for Greek yogurt for your porridge.

if it's just porridge/tea etc, the kind of milk you drink will have literally zero effect

I love Almond milk and get the unsweetened one! Super good for you! It tastes awesome in porridge although I only drink herbal tea and black coffee so no idea what it tastes like in them!
