If you have been unlucky enough to have been rejected from all of your Medicine choices, there is a good TSR article here about what to do next :

Btw, many 'related to Medicine' courses will still be accepting applications even at this stage. So if you haven't used your 5th choice or are thinking about Extra (ie. you were rejected from all your 5 choices), its not too late to consider subjects like pharmacology, biochemistry, neuroscience or medical sciences. Remember - medical scientists win Nobel Prizes, not hospital doctors, and if you really want to make a Big Difference to health and medicine that is one obvious area to look at. One example is the Cellular and Molecular Medicine program at Bristol : http://www.bristol.ac.uk/cellmolmed/...duate/degrees/
