Just eat like you did before and when you feel like it.
No point in eating extra if u dont feel hungry, even though ur on ur feet all day.

Only eat more if you feel you need to, not just for the sake of it. But yes, it does seem logical that if you're moving about more, you will need more energy aka. food.

Try drinking more water first of all because three balanced meals with 2-3 snacks if needed should be enough for us all, no matter how active we are. Then, if you feel more hungry you can eat a bigger breakfast/lunch or bring something such as fruit or nuts to snack on during break(s).

yep only eat more if you feel you need to - and you probably will. i found that i was eating a lot more when i was working full time in a shop. bananas are good. try and stick to slow release food such as wholemeal bread and have a decent breakfast.
