Guys, two months until a beach holiday! I've got a hectic life (three jobs) that means dedicating time and energy to maintaining a steady workout plan and diet is difficult.

Any advice on absolutely shredding it for the next 7 weeks?

I'm reasonably fit (male, 29, 5'7) so have a baseline fitness - just curious to try something drastic and see what the results are.

Was expecting something else when I read "two month blast"

What do you look like now? You obviously aren't going to make massive changes in two months.

Haha not at this time of the day!

Yeah thought as much to be honest but I'm not far off a decent physique as it is.... Just a little love and attention is all that's needed.

I just keep reading about the hardcore 28 day shred programmes on forums etc and just wondered if anyone had any experience. I completed insanity last year and that had was quite good. But fancied something a little more gym appropriate. Didn't take insanity particularly seriously (no specific eating or monitoring weight) but managed the full programme. As mentioned baseline fitness level isn't too bad
