I have recently been invited to several assessment centres and interviews for Asset Management firms, but have not previously attended these before.

I have asked contacts, friends etc. for some advice but I thought I'd ask on here as well.

What do the group exercises consist of and how do you impress on these? Are you asked to do a presentation, how do you go about doing this and what resources are you given to go about doing so?

Also, are the interviews based on your previous experiences or do they also include technical questions relating to your role? Any examples would be great.

    Thank you for your help.
Do you agree with the PM's proposal to cut tuition fees for some courses?
