Does everyone get this?

For some reason whenever i'm over my boyfriends house and he sees a celeb on TV that he likes and talks to his housemates about how much he likes her and how gorgeous she is, i get really jealous, i don't just mean normal jealous, i mean really really jealous, for instance today when we were watching the rugby and Katherine Jenkins started singing. I know she's gorgeous even i have to admit that she is beautiful plus a great singer, but for about 5 minutes he wouldn't shut up about how amazing she was and honestly i almost walked out and he could see i was getting jealous and started teasing me about when his mates left the room.
Its weird cos i don't get it with other people, he could be staring at a girl on the street with his tongue hanging out and it wouldn't bother as much as this does, its only when he does it with celebs on TV that i get really really jealous and upset.

its irrational as they are unattainable...you should eb more worried about the girls on the street definitely...your prob jealous of the whole package..as in your jealous of the fact that this woman is hot, talented and that lots of guys including your bf pine over her.my ex was in love with scarlett j....i knew she was stunning and although it made me paranoid that i wasnt fulfilling his need for blondes and boobs i just played along and we used to talk about how fit she was.....maybe you could try that?....by joining in with the 'laddy' convo it shows your not bothered by it and the teasing might lose its novelty

Don't worry about it, My bf teases me too if I get jealous, and we both know I'm being irrational, so you just need to try and forget about it. Or tell him that it really does upset you. But always remember, part of the appeal of a celebrity is that you're never going to meet them/get with them, so you have absolutely nothing to worry about.

I think all lads do that, but to be honest chick they just say things like that to wind you up, like they would ever get the chance to meet these people on tele anyway! Lol
