Wash your skin gently in a warm water bath and dont be in there for too long either (20min max). A warm water bath, or shower, removes the oils from your skin.

drink water..go outside alot , dont stay inside all the time..and eat the right types of food ! ..in moderate amounts

Get your good skin and eyes back by changing your lifestyle. Try to distract yourself from getting depressed and crying, by thinking about the goal you want to acheive. Get more sleep too, it will brighten your eyes considerably!

fruit, water and exercise. By exercise, i mean outside exercise. clean air is great for your skin, trying walking and whatever outside, away froma city if that;s where you live.

A good moisturiser will help also. It doesn't have to be expensive, just good. and use it every night before bed, as it works best whilst you are asleep- and you look sooo much better in the morning, believe me.

Sleep is another great thing for skin. 8 hours minmum!

Good exercise will increase the rate of blood flow around your body and will transport lots of oxygen all over and remove toxins faster. This will be good for your skin,happiness and general health!
