I have a standard studio (£99 p/w) at CODE's Upperton Road site available for the 2015/16 academic year. Bills are included. (Due to unexpected circumstances I will not be living in Leicester so I am looking for someone to take over my tenancy.) Due to the high quality and reasonable cost of this type of room they are already fully booked, so taking over my tenancy is a great opportunity for someone who would like to live here! You can live here as an individual, request to live next to friends or couples can share a studio.
These are excellent little studios that give you your own ensuite bathroom and kitchen (with hob, fridge freezer, microwave). The rooms come with a double bed, sofa and 23" HD flat screen TV.
There is a free gym - with free fitness classes - on site, as well as a supermarket, games room, cafe and cinema! The site is within walking distance of The University of Leicester and De Montfort University, as well as the city centre - or there's a shuttle bus that runs every 30 minutes.
I was very much looking forward to living here before I found I wouldn’t be living in Leicester, and think it's a great option for anyone still looking for accommodation.
The tenancy period is 03/08/2015 – 02/08/2016.
Please PM to arrange a viewing or for more information.
