State the issues and problems in that area and the solutions they have used to solve them.

start off with making a general point and then use the case study to back up your point, include some stats from the case study and remember that a good answer to a case study question is one that shows you dont just list facts, but are able to use the case study in your answer to the question
give specific examples and dates, people's names if necessary and relevant
