Hi, hoping to gain some advice with regards to funding please. I have a conditional offer to start at the University Of Chester on the 9th of March, it will be my firm choice when all other Uni's update my UCAS application.

I do however have an issue, I am awaiting a transcript from my college with my access results, and Chester cannot say if they will take me or not yet (Missed the conditions) until they see this. Although I have had an email from my tutor to say it will not be within the next week (and she does not know yet).
So, can I start to apply for finance without accepting an offer yet? As I don't want it to get to me starting Uni, and sorting accommodation and me having little to no money to do anything.

    Thanks in advance.

    Hi there.

You can apply for finance at anytime, it does not depend on the type of offer, or even if you have one yet. Please ensure you submit a 14/15 application, 15/16 applications are ready to make but are only for courses that begin as of August and onwards.

    Thanks.

Is that ok for March 2015 nursing starters? Also, how long does it take to process please?

Hi, just one more question please?
When I am filling out the application, it says this, is it correct for March 2015 starters?:

    "
    You've told us you're studying:
Pre Reg Adult Nursing (bn) March Start at University Of Chester

starting on September 2014 and finishing on March 2018"

    Hi there.

No, that shows you've selected a September start course. Your March start would still be considered 14/15 if it begins in March of 2015.

    Thanks
