Someone from work is interested in me, and wants to spend some time together after our shift (go to his house and watch a movie), but I'm not sure how I feel about him.

I'm fairly new, so we've only had a couple of conversations. He seems nice, but I don't think I have that much in common with him. He's made it clear that he's interested in dating me, but I think this is more the interest of a horny teenager, rather than an actual interest in me.

Should I meet up with him, or would this be leading him on, as I don't think I'm interested in him in that way, but I don't really know him well enough to make a decision.

    For context, I'm 16 and he's almost 19.

Sounds like you're not interested, so don't go. It's simple.
