    Buy a slow cooker. Bung the food in, come home in the evening, it's ready. Spend 15 minutes getting the rest of the dish ready, and boom! Healthy meal ready to go.

    You can get loads of super easy super healthy food like quinoa and couscous. Make sure you don't make food like that on its own, my fav thing is quinoa with lemon juice, diced red pepper, oil salad dressing and a little bit of salt! I'm not a super healthy eater or anything, but that is a super healthy meal that (pre-cooked) takes less than 5 mins! There are loads of things like that if you don't like quinoa or couscous though Just google it or look at Jamie Oliver's quick meals
