Ha, been there! But as a guy. It's just one of those horrible feelings in life, primarily for three reasons:

1 - It's heart aching, the simple fact that you can be completely present and involved makes the feeling all the much worst. I found it consumed my whole body at times and just made me feel so sad and incredibly angry at the same time, in which case I would take it out on myself or others around me.

2 - It's involuntarily It is one of those feelings that I found to be unavoidable in escaping, you just have to ride yourself through it with as least pain as possible.

3 - It's pointless Probably the worst of the three, is that it get's you know where. Nothing can be accomplished by feeling it.

Overall jealously is one of the worst emotions you can feel, so I really would just avoid seeing them together if you can. If you can't throw yourself into something else. No wonder why it is one of the seven deadly sins!
