I'm looking to shed some weight for summer, I have a week left and am only looking to lose another 2 kilos to reach my goal :cool:

I find it very easy to lose weight but march harder to reach my ideal goal!!

It's that final step, anyone else have issues with this :confused:

I was about to point out that you're a bit late for summer, but I see you're an Aussie...2 kilos in a week is a bit optimistic isnt it? wouldnt you have to starve yourself?

if you have been eating a lot less than normal, your metabolism will have slowed down a lot. do exercise to raise it again or just be happy with your weight as it is... how much weight have you lost?

Yep, I had big problems trying to lose weight. In the end I joined www.weightlossresources.co.uk and lost nearly a stone in 3 months. Plenty of people found that the closer they got to their goal weight the harder it got.

Stick with it, you're doing great!

Actually I prolly put on about 3, but want to lose it all again.

Argh it's so frustrating because 1 kilo was easily lost, but this next part is hard. Just won't budge. I think it's coz I'm at the normal healthy weight for me, but I'm fussy.

I think i put on like 3 kilograms over winter. But nows I've lost 5 and it's still dropping

no secrets really, I haven't changed much. I've rarely been getting hungry so I don't eat much at all. I'm still doing the same amount of exercise and I think stress maybe be a contributing factor
