What maintenance will he get??

Sorry. One more question.

When logging into my sons student finance account on the main page is says he will get 9000 for tuition and about 3800 for maintenance.....

However, when you click on the link to show how payments are paid it amounts to a total of a higher amount (we applied for extra top up maintenance that is means tested). So what is correct the amount that is on the front page or the amount that is listed on the breakdown of payments page ( which is around 5000). Have also clicked on the correspondence link and the letter that is being sent to him states the higher amount of maintenance breakdown too .

We only sent the household income assessment off on weds so does that mean it has all been approved already?? Seems really quick but great if it has.

Hi there.

The latest letter in the correspondence would be the correct entitlement. If there is no letter after the date you have sent in the evidence then this would not have been fully updated yet.

There are issues with the payments not showing correctly online in certain accounts which we are currently working to resolve.
