Does anyone know what public sector graduate schemes I can apply to with a sociology degree? I'm starting uni in September but I'm unsure whether to continue with sociology in case it limits my future career prospects.

You can definitley apply for the Civil Service and the National Graduate Development Scheme (for local government)- in both cases the actual degree is irrelevant its how well the applicant performs in tests/answers questions
