Does anyone do this? Or out of respect do you just be quiet and listen and obey what they say?

I would say I talk back to my parents sometimes, especially if they are really annoying me and what they are saying is a load of crap but I don't really do it with my aunt's or uncle's.

    What about you?

    Thank you

My family are Arab/Africans so no

    Parents- occasionally where necessary.

Extended family it depends. The ones that I don't see a lot and aren't really close to,no. The ones that I'm more comfortable with sometimes

Me and my mum are more like sisters so I used to talk back to her all the time. I saw my gran and papa more like my parents when growing up so I rarely spoke back to them. Maybe the odd time if I was being really cheeky.
