If a person only organized a crime (say murder), what will be he in charge of according to the uk criminal law?

I believe it is classed as Conspiracy to Murder which can be a life sentence potentially.

Yeah, planning the crime with someone is still a crime if it is carried out in the future

Manslaughter
Kidnapping
