I really really want to become a nurse and i was looking at the specific requirements on UCAS for nursing and there didn't seem to be any specific subjects that need to be taken the only thing that it states is that you need two B's and one C, is this correct ? Can anyone tell me what subjects you picked and the grades you achieved for nursing ?

I am starting adult nursing in March. My a-levels were politics, law and history then I had a degree in Criminology. I think the best thing you can have is some experience. I currently work as a carer and believed it really helped towards getting a place.

Most universities require a science subject such as biology.

Some unis require a science (usually biology) and done will accept health and social care as a science. I'm applying for mental health nursing atm and have a levels in geography, religious studies and Spanish and a degree in geography and Spanish, so there are unis that don't need a science!
