I find doing yoga really helps me to unwind. All the breathing exercises you do with the movements helps to relax you and de-stress! As you get better at it, it gets easier and easier to switch off. Or maybe having a bath or something might help?

Everyones different, really. Mainly I think it's important just to make time for yourself- whatever it is you decide to do in that time.

Classical music - something you don't have to concentrate to listen to...
Closing your eyes, moving away from all distractions, thinking of nothing and breathing
my own personal favourite...get on ya PS2 and kick some arse

Playing sports, the physical action types that makes u sweat should help, take up boxing and the like so you can take all your anger out on the bag. For me, playing my electric guitar really helps relieve any stress I have and as well helps improves my guitar skills. *_^

Dr bachs rescue remedy. just a few drops on your tongue should calm you down. its herbal. or find something you really love doing (play instrument, paint?) and use that as a means of escape. also exercise is the best way to relieve stress.

I find comedy or music helpful. I'm really bad at stressing, all the time.

I'm terrible these days, I stress so easily! The best ones have already been given really - exercise is amazing, will make you feel a lot better. Another one I find is really helpful even though it may not work for everyone lol is to make a playlist of really cheesy songs/ songs that bring back good memories - turn it up to a max and sing along lol - it sounds so silly but it does wonders!
