Is the era of two party dominance in british politics now over?

To me i think no, though libdems are always featured with the media, you never see the bbc news compare only labour and conservatives, they always include libdems aswell. Which makes you think it is.

What do you think?

No, I don't think there will be a hung parliament. The country will go one way or another.

Somebody (forgot who it was) said on Newsnight a short time ago, that we are effectively living a one-party state because there don't seem to be any difference with the parties' policies. Labour has shifted to the right, the Conservatives have shifted to the left, and Lib Dem have yet to make a big impact on the moderate voters.
