What if he sees the awful stuff I've said? Like, he only joined to spy on me, he even asked our mutual friend what my username was :O what do I do?!

Maybe you can contact the admin and ask them to change your username, I'm not sure what the solution to this is.

Honestly, if he doesn't trust you and is insecure enough to follow you online then the relationship is never going to go anywhere except downhill. You'd be better ending it now rather than letting things get worse.
