    Hi guys

I've graduated with an MSc Health Psychology but worked part-time in emotional support/CBT counselling support alongside my degree and realised I really did enjoy that. After some thought, I realised rather than do a PhD (my initial intention), I'd quite like to continue working with people in that capacity... so when I came across an IAPT Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner role, it seemed perfect.

Thankfully, I've been invited to an assessment day for it. The day's schedule says we have to do a powerpoint presentation, some roleplay and some numeracy/literacy tests.

Has anyone ever been to one before? Any advice/insights/tips would be greatly appreciated - I've never worked within the NHS before so a little bit nervous about what to expect!
