I am currently not attending year 11 for certain circumstances, I will shortly be moving to Jersey in the Channel Islands and was wandering if I could redo all my GCSE's over there. If anyone knows any information about this, please let me know as I have no clue what to do?

You could do a correspondence course for each subject (might be too expensive), or just find an exam centre and study independently (consider how you will do coursework). Have you considered just found g A levels, one in three months is normal for private candidates

It is possible to 'go back a year', but some schools don't always accept this. Speak to your school about it - hopefully you'll be retake Year 11.
