It's false (alas: Trinity has, IIRC, 31 whereas the Frogs have over 50). However, we do have more than the Russkies ...

We do have more Nobel laureates than any country except the US, Germany and France, though.

Indeed not.

It has the highest number of Nobel prize winners, with the exception of USA, Germany and France. Manifesly, not including the UK, since Trinity itself is located in the UK.

Not really, Cambridge kind of exists in it's own bubble outside normal space and time...

I'm sure Trinity could declare independance if they wanted to, for a start they're sitting on more cash than the average small African nation yet have a population that's healthy, wealthy, and uninflicted with AIDs or poverty...

Especially if it would be approved for use as ID when going out.

No it is not...It is a rumour which was spreaded hugely by Wangers, a user of TSR and applicant of medicine....He has stated this mroe than 10 times and everytime I was thinking that he was misinformed

...it probably was the case at some point, and so the statement has been kept as true from that point. It also depends on how you count them, of course: people who got a nobel prize and at some point were affiliated with Trinity? People who got nobel prizes and were undergraduates at Trinity? How do we treat French people who went to Trinity and then won a Nobel prize?

Its not how many Nobel prize winners you have, its how you show them off/use them.

Stanford likes to honour them at (American) football games.

I didn't go. In fact, I think I'm really under-using my Union membership at the moment. I just never seem to have the time...
