Sounds like you're exhausted. Yep exhaustion is a sickness, you need to relax, drink lots of hot tea, stay off the junkfood and get more sleep.

When you're exhausted it affects your mind, well being, respiratory system, stresses you out and when your body is tired like this you open yourself up to other illnesses like colds etc.

Go to your GP. Have your blood pressure checked and blood tests done to check for anaemia.

Umm. ME/CFs?

1. Have severe chronic fatigue of six months or longer duration with other known medical conditions excluded by clinical diagnosis; and
2. Concurrently have four or more of the following symptoms: substantial impairment in short-term memory or concentration; sore throat; tender lymph nodes; muscle pain; multi-joint pain without swelling or redness; headaches of a new type, pattern or severity; unrefreshing sleep; and post-exertional malaise lasting more than 24 hours.

Its highly unlikely. It is more likely to be exhaustion. If someones been very tired it doesnt mean that they automatically have ME/CFS.

Have you been absolutly shattered after doing exercise? Have you been unable to sleep properly? Has this been going on for more than 6 months?

Jumping straight to CFS, is a giant leap of faith. It is ppossible it is CFS - but I would say it is highly unlikely.

Try eating healthly for a few days and see if that helps, i find that if ive been eating junk then you will not feel as energetic or happy even. All i had over the weekend was chips and rubbish food and i havent felt like myself all day. If you still fell bad after a couple of days then maybe you should get checked out.

It's not necessary at all to have four or more of those symptoms - nearly every case is sligtly different from another's. I should know - i've had it two and a half years!

Go and see your doctor, it could be so many different things, I believe they ruled out about eleven or twelve different things before they decided it was ME.

See your GP, as everyone said it could be so many things from exhaustion to diabetes so see your GP!
