    This morning I was on my TFL Oyster online account, where I by mistake repored by 16+ photocard as stolen!!!
    On the website they state that the card is immediately terminated and I would need to pay for a replacement,
    Is there any way I could solve the issue and continue using my current card?

    No, once its cancelled thats it. I did a similar thing to you- reported my card as lost, then found it about an hour or so later and it was too late.
