Don't take my word but I'm pretty sure every school (according to experience of my own secondary and primary school) has an official stamp with their name, logo and other information. They use this stamp when sending important letters.

Can someone confirm?

Ask your school but they will probably have an official "stamp".

Although I'm eligible for 3 of them, I still don't understand 16-19 bursary.
Does this mean a bursary received from your school? Coz I do receive one, but I'm not sure if it's the same thing, does that make sense?
