So I wanna be a cardiac physiologist and looking on NHS jobs just to get an idea of like pay scale and looking a job specs and says you need a BSc in clinical physiology is this the same as cardiac physiology or is it different because on unis it says cardiac physiology degree will allow u to be a cardiac audiologist but the it says different on NHS jobs. So confused it's either this or audiology. I can only find one degree in clinical physiology
I think Clinical physiology was the old way to get onto the course but now its called Bsc Healthcare science ( usually in the first year you will have to option to specialise in Cardiac physiology, respiratory physiology or sleep physiology)
Both audiologist and cardiac physiologist start on the same band and therefore pay in the NHS starts of the same so its comes down to what you prefer but both are really good careers.
