I'm making a list of all the places I want to travel in the UK.

Can anyone tell me where they think is underrated, or where they think more people should visit?

Northern Scotland. I wouldn't say it's underrated, just under visited. (I pretty much mean everywhere here - the highlands, inner and outer Hebrides, Orkney). Beautiful.
Where I come from, Devon, is also beautiful (Burgh Island and Dartmoor, if you get the chance!) but it also gets a lot more visitors so I would say it's underrated.
