    Hi everyone

I have a question regarding tuition fee of English medical programs in Italy.

I have done some research and it seems like the tuition fees range between 483-4110 Euro per year depending on one's financial status, with average between 500-2000 euro/year.

I live in Canada and here, medical schools cost about $12,728 on average and in US, the costs range form $30,000-40,000.

Comparing to any other parts of the world, Italian English medical programs in Milan, Pavia, Rome etc, seem to have a strangely low tuition fee.

Can anyone explain why this is? Why do they offer medical programs in such a low cost even to foreigners and non-EU?

I just wanted to know what makes the costs so cheap.

    Thanks in advance!
