No, you just need to get fitter.

Average weight means you do no exercise, hence the reason you have a flabby face.

but is there a way i can lose weight from specifically the face?

Ask your doctor for advice.

hit the gym, one of the first places you lose weight from is your face, think thighs are first

what's fun exercise then?

I've tried loads of things: girls football, 'tag rugby' (apparently girls aren't allowed to play the real thing), netball, basketball, swimming, tennis, running, trampolining, kickboxing . . . the only things that I ever really got into were jogging and dance. However I injured my ankle this summer and had to leave my dance class. And It's too cold/dark to go jogging over the next few months (i get ill fairly easily). What can I do that's fun and inside?

Lovely. Except for the fact it's utter bull****.

You can't 'tone' the face. You may only remove fat around it by lowering your overall bf% in your entire body.

Well I cant see how.

I am a hardcore gym fanatic. I have lost weight everywhere bar my face. I hate my round chubby face :frown: No matter how hard I enercise and how much weight I loose, I still have cheeks like a hamster. Laugh if you want. :frown:

Any ideas on what we could do? (slighly less drastic than surgery - which could go wrong!)

I know I inherited my chubby face from my father. It's so depressing.

How is that bull****?

I said No, it's not possible as it isn't.

A change of lifestyle is the only way, hence less fat meaning less fatty face.
