Lol that's so ridiculous. People have different bodies with different needs. I tried showering every day in winter but it only made my skin dry and flaky. I never have problems with greasy hair or body odour on my current routine, so it's all good. :rolleyes:

Showering every-day for hygiene reasons is pretty unnecessary and yeah, it's not good for skin. I shower due to sweat though, I sweat too much...

Every other day. If I shower on a Friday, I won't shower again until early Monday morning. Wash hair and face every day.

I would say most days, when I bother going to lectures it's monday-friday and weekend if I can be bothered, when at home, every 1-3 days, when at uni being a slob and not going to anything, whenever my hair needs a clean, so twice a week, sometimes 3 times.

Usually ever 2 days, occasionally everyday (like in summer). I hardly sweat at all and don't feel 'dirty' if I don't shower everyday. I wash my face etc everyday obviously.

Oh my god. Reading all your answers I'm shocked that i only shower once a week! But I don't smell or anything so I don't feel the need to take it every other day.
