deadline is 15th so how can all the places possible be taken? But back to the your question, i would say about 50% of places at manchester would have been taken up and a few at warwick and durham.

I had interviews in November and December when I applied for 2006 entry, and ended up with offers just before Christmas.

Unfortunately, this shows that some universities do allocate places before all of the applications have been seen. This is why you should always aim to get your application in a long time before the deadline.

i have applied to imperial, ucl, kings, bristol, bath and warwick andd i know that anchester would have given out about 50% of places because they tend to reply within a week of receivin offers, and a LOT of people applyin september and october.

Generally, the earlier you apply the better.

I really doubt Manchester would have given out 50% of places.

I thought that as long as it's in before the deadline, all applications are equally considered?

Well think of it this way , people have been applying for 2 months now and manchester give out offers within a week of receiving the application, and also 2 months are left before the deadline so there must be APPROXIMATELY 50% of places left to give out.
